BIOGRAPHY

Marlin S. Muller, Esq is known for his unique style of representation which uses a “think outside of the box” mentality to find innovative solutions to business and legal matters.

Marlin centers his practice on corporate and business matters such complex business litigation, corporate governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, government relations and general business consulting. In particular, Marlin specializes in startups and transitioning businesses.

Prior to becoming an Attorney, Marlin was an associate with a highly renowned lobbying firm in Tallahassee, Florida. Marlin’s work in Tallahassee included advocating for Florida businesses across the state and veteran’s rights, as well as consulting for state level political candidates. Marlin possesses a deep knowledge and understanding of state and local.

Marlin is a seasoned litigator whose trial experience began while still in law school as Certified Legal Intern with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where Marlin argued numerous jury trials, bench trials, motions and hearings. Upon graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Marlin worked as an associate doing business litigation working on several high-profile cases concerning Ponzi schemes, white collar fraud, corporate takeovers, cyber breaches, condominium associations, real estate development and construction litigation.

Marlin is also widely recognized for his contributions to the community. Marlin donates his time to helping veterans and local boxers from impoverished neighborhoods in Miami who have chosen to serve and train rather than fall victim to a life of crime.  Marlin is the youngest person ever to be inducted into the Florida Veteran’s Hall of Fame.
